I applied for a phone using Cellc Direct 084145. The lady from sales called Nomvula Mjoli said they will deliver my phone in 7 days. Now it is 7 days, and there is no delivery. When i phone to find out they say I gave wrong delivery address. Why did they not call me if they have a problem with the address I gave them. This is such a bad service.
I have not even gotten the Phone yet, and already I have problems.
I would like Cellc to cancel this deal, as I am tired of the bad service. I received bad service yesterday from Call center person as I indicated on https:///cell-c/complaints/rude-consultant-1234309. Now this bad service about the delivery. Please cancel the deal.
