Credit card delivery

FNB option for my wife's renewal credit card, to be delivered at my home were exercised. Courier services (CCD) phoned and advised on 26 Jul 2013 that delivery is scheduled for Monday 29 Jul 2013. Home address, contact info etc were supplied/confirmed. CCD was requested to contact my wife early Monday 29 Jul 2013 to confirm/ensure delivery. My wife especially stayed home Monday 29 Jul 2013. She waited the whole off Monday for CCD to call and to deliver the credit card. All in vain. CCD neither called any of us on Monday-29 July 2013. Needless to say, no card delivery has taken place either. On Tuesday-30 July 2013 CCD kept on phoning, indicating that they wanted to deliver the card, but insisted it be delivered to my local FNB branch, as they was apparently not able to find my home, do not have our correct cell phone numbers etc. If delivered to the branch we have to go and collect it again. If CCD service was up to scratch, they could have called on Monday 29 July 2013 and advice why they cannot deliver. Resultant from CCD incompetence etc they were advised to return the card to FNB Card Div and supply them with client reason for non acceptance-courier service incompetence.
