On the 17th April 2013 I got a call from Cell direct for my contract upgrade and I accepted the offer, and I was told that the delivery will be in seven business days from that day.
Sadly this hasn't happened still and I have called the delivery department and they kept on promising the next day and if not the next day it will be 2 days from that day (for an example), I called Cell Direct on the 9th May 2013 and they promised to deliver on the 10th May, I called again on the 10th late hours and they promised Monday the 13th May I waited until the 14th May no one called to even report a delay, I then called again and a promise was made that it would be delivered today on the 15th May 2013 which is today and still no one has contacted me, honestly I feel Cell Direct do not provide good customer service and I am really disappointed on this company.
