I took out a contract with the cell c direct call centre, and no one called to tell me im approved i had to follow up and i was told i will get my delivery next week wednsday and on wednsday nothing came, when i called i was told my phone is not dispactched yet i will get it thursday, i called thursday and was told friday or monday, i called this morning (friday) and i was told my phone will be dispatched later today and i called afternoon and was told Cell c is having problems whith their sim cards. i asked them to check with their delivery department and give me the correct turn around time i should expect, i was told they can't. i must just wait they have done their part their supplier has backlocks i must just wait... well im tired of waiting... this is unacceptable i only called Cell direct because i thought they would be effecient
