BAD SERVICE

On Monday the 1st July I call for an upgrade. I agree and was told there is no guarantee on the colour and it takes a MAXIMUM of 5 days for delivery.

Wednesday 3rd July at 7am I get a call from a courier asking me where in EAST LONDON they must deliver the phone. Now please I gave the details word by word, spelling letter by letter to the consultant.
I LIVE IN CAPE TOWN!!!
I phone Cell - C and they cannot explain how it arrived in in East London.

When asked by when I will get it they say they will sort it out. Thursday 4th July I phone again and was told its on its way to cape Town.

Friday I phone again and kept on hold for VERY LONG!! I was then told the phone will be delivered on Monday 7th July. That is a week later!!! I get no calls to keep me informed. I must phone and kept waiting and transferred from one person to the next. Then also the phone just cut off after waiting VERY patiently.

I then called again to inform Cell - C that i am cancelling the phone and DONT want it anymore period!!!
I WILL cancel my contract that expires within the next 2 months. I will never ever renew my contract.

YOUR SEVICE IS BAD. I DONT WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU IN FUTURE.! THE END!
