I applied for a new iPhone which was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday 31/07. Yesterday I phoned RAM courier directly only to find out that my phone will be delivered today. Today when I phoned I was told that they wont be able to deliver my phone today and that I had to contact Cell C directly as RAM cannot deliver my phone today as well.
When I applied for the new phone I gave Cell C and the RAM courier person both my delivery address to deliver the phone in time.
Seeing as both parties couldnt keep/stick to the initial agreement of delivery I hereby would like to cancel the contact that I have with Cell C and request that the phone rather not be delivered as I would must rather get a Vodacom / MTN phone then.
For me on principle I cannot deal with non-delivery and back and forth request (Cell asking me to contact RAM and vice versa).
