Pathetic Service

I applied for a cell phone contract will cell c on the 22nd July 2013 and was helped by a the call centre agent, i was told my contract had been approved and that my new cell phone would be delivered to me within 7 working days so either the Monday 29th July or the Tuesday 30th July,
on the 30th July i sent an e-mail to the call centre agent to find out when the phone would be delivered as the Debit order had been arranged to be deducted on the 1st August 2013 and i was not willing to pay for something i had not yet taken delivery of, i received no response, so i call the Call Centre the same day and was told that my contract had not been approved as my name that they on their system and the one on my ITC check were different, so the lady assured me that she would have the agent contact me, which he did not.
on the 31st July, i contacted the call centre once again and was told the exact same story as they were unable to tell me what the conflict information was with what was given and what was on the ITC, so i was assured i would be contact back with in 20min, to date i have had absolutely no feed back from either cell c or the agent, what a big disappointment cell C are
