Delivery of wrong sim after 3 weeks

On 08 march i took up a contract with cell c, they called to confirm my details on 12/03. i waited a week for them to deliver a nano sim card to me and it never happened, i called 084 145 and held on for more than 40 min for days. finally managed to get hold of someone 2 weeks later, then finally they delivered, to only find out they delivered a micro sim, called them to collect and deliver the correct sim it never happened. 2 days ago i called them as i had decided to buy a nano sim myself from a cell c shop, called to do a sim swop and activation and they told me 48 hours. it has been 48hrs, i am sitting with an ipad i cannot use as i have no service. cell c service is pathetic, i even called them to cancel the contract told them if they treat me like this and i am not even a customer, what will happen when i am? they said a supervisor will call me to cancel the contract as i have no number yet, this was 6 days ago.

BLAADY SORT THIS OUT OR CANCEL THE F CONTRACT PLEASE. TIRED OF CALLING A CALL CENTRE AND REPEAT MYSELF.
