Moving over to Neotel, Telkom is pathetic

Good day

I trust everyone who is reading this is well.

I am highly annoyed and off with Telkom as they have a call centre which they doesn't even know about the procedures of Telkom! firstly one person told me that I had to place an order by sending a letter to telkom next day someone said it could be done telephonic-ally. then we did it telephonic-ally

2months later... our line has still not being transferred from the one premises to the other when the waiting period should have being 21days! tried to call several times the call centre phone ust rand, finally got hold of then then I was transferred from residental to business line several times until a guy said he was going to transfer me to the line transfer department and put the phone down in my ear just to eventually find out that there was not even a ordered placed.

Neotel has pitched and I am moving cause telkom is pathetic and there attitude is what is going to bring them down. I think they are going to lose all there customers because on hello peter they have 205 pages of bad remarks whereas Neotel has 23. Just goes to show!
