New contract no feedback

I called cell c on the 24 july 2013, for a new contract on the samsung lll, i was told the same day i would have my phone the following week, I was not told to fax any documents, I called the monday to change the delivery address and i was told it was approve they can not change the address i must wait till thursday, the 1 August 2013 i contacted cell c once again, i spoke to a lady that really hates her job, she had a bad attitude and told me i must fax a bank statement and id (i have been a contracted holder with cell c for the pass 8 years), when i question why has nobody contacted me, she told me this is the requirements and that is it. Someone is not doing they job or staff are not given the correct information to give to the clients, I still have no feedback, no phone and i have a current contract that i think i should cancell.
