On 12/06/2025, I purchased a bed at Kaalfontein Shopping Centre for R1500. The bed was delivered and received; however, upon sleeping on it, I found that the mattress has a hard surface with hard objects protruding from within.
When I called the store to explain the issue, I encountered a very hostile and unprofessional response from the store manager. There was no understanding of the problem, and I was told that nothing could be done. I believe this bed is defective and needs to be returned, as it is causing injury to my body when I sleep on it.
I request that this bed be collected, and you are welcome to test it. If I do not receive a response to my complaint, I will escalate the matter further until it is resolved. Store Reference No: 646.
The behavior and service from the store manager were pathetic, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
