As a Existing customer I ordered a new top up contract via the call center. I spoke to Tseko in sales who did not capture my delivery address details correctly and didn't not supply my contact details either. My phone was suppose to be delivered on friday 5/07/2013 as per the courier service. I only received the phone 9/07/2013 only to realise the phone takes a micro sim which was not supplied with the phone and the number was to be ported from prepaid. After sales call centre transfers me to customer care when I ask to speak to a manager. I call after care sales again only to be placed on hold while they correspond with the manager who says I will receive the sim card tomorrow with out speaking to me. This service is ridiculous.
