Bridge of contract: payout delay

According to Basumi policy we were supposed to get our pay out within 6 month of termination and were terminated on the 31/12/2024 meaning the payment was supposed to be made at the end June 2025 instead we got communication that the money would be paid at 08.08.2025, now we got another communication that the money will paid 30.09.2025 and this only communicated on 06.08.2025. I need urgent attention to this enquiry
