Vodacom Online: NOT worth the "Discount"

Do NOT take out a contract through Vodacom online. Here's my experience:

I ordered a phone and contract through them on 12/09/2013 and was instructed on recieving it to take it a Vodacom store for the purpose of a number swap (to keep my existing number) and that it would be taken care of in no time. I was told that i would receive next day delivery. I then did not recieve anything on 13/09/2013. I called back on 16/09/2013 for them to tell me that the address they got they could not locate. this was because they took the wrong address. After taking the correct address I was told that i would then recieve my phone on 17/09/2013. When i phoned to see where it was the next day they told me that it was delivered to RAM couriers in Midrand and that they would only deliver it to me on 18/09/2013. On 18/09/2013 I phoned to find out where it was and was told by RAM that they could not deliver due to traffic (about 1km from the address, but didnt think to call me for a pick up or alternative solution. My package finally arrived on 19/09/2013, BUT in the package was the CORRECT phone, But large sized sim card and i required a Micro sim card. On contacting vodacom online they said it wasnt
