SERVICE REALLY BAD!!!

On 10/06/2013 i took my Blackberry 9790 in for repairs as Yvonne explained to me it can take up to 4 weeks for repairs. I called in on the 02/07/2013 to follow up on the repairs of the phone, at first no one could tell me where the phone is or whats going on so my first impression was that the phone is i had to phone back 3 times before any one could inform me what was going on? to me that is ridicoulus in the first place why do i have to phone you after four weeks to find out about my phone? after i had to scream and log a complained then only they could tell me that the phone is still with head office and they were waiting for the proof of payment for the phone which i still dont understand, was the phone with head office for 4 weeks before they noticed they needed the proof of purchase??? Yvonne spoke to me on 02/07/2013 saying that she will follow up with head office on thursday but still no one called me i had to phone in AGAIN on 08/07/2013 when Yvonne informed me she was on leave thats why she didnt phone me, so if she is on leave no one does her work??? We are going for the 6th week now and my phone is still with head office. How much more time do you need???
