Pre-paid SIM converted to contract

On 08/07/2013 I have applied for a new contract and requested my existing prepaid SIM and Cell Number to be ported to new device. On 09/10/2013 the new BB Z10 was delivered and activated on 10/07/2013. I phoned the Vodacom Direct to have my existing prepaid number assigned to the micro SIM received as same was not done by the Sales Agent (sounds like Molebatsi), Patricia at the call centre assured me this would be done. What she has done in fact is to activate a CONTRACT for the prepaid number 0711027326 and not have the new number 0764001026 replaced. This resulted in 2 contract against my name. I phoned Lucas at the call centre and was advised by Lucas to switch the phone off and on and the porting would have taken place. This did not occur- phoned the centre number again and was advised by Patricia that all is in order. I have gone to the VODACOM Shop today and have they shown me on their system that my prepaid is now a contract phone. The VODACOM Shop was able to cancel the contract on number 0764001026 however they were advised by the Call Centre that calls will first have to be listened to and could take up to 4 weeks (Beatrice advised same to me (at call centre). UNACCEPTABLE
