I had enough with Vodacom Online Shop

On the 29th of May 2013 I decided to buy a phone via Vodacom Online Shop since I'm an existing Vodacom customer, I thought the process was going to be easy and now it's a nightmare, I have two numbers with Vodacom one is prepaid and the other is contract, I asked the Sales Agent Cathy to convert my prepaid number to contract so I can buy the new phone and use that number instead of new number. But things didn't go that way got the phone the next day with new sim card and with a new number, now I am back and forth with no help trying to sort out the number issue. In my attempt to sort out the problem I got an sms that my prepaid number has been converted to contract but the challenge is that the sim card I have its still on the new number they gave me, so practically I still cannot use the phone. I am so frustrated and disappointed as online shop should make things easy for you not difficult what even worse when I try and contact them (online call centre) you hold for too long before you can even be assisted, when they do answer still you don't get any help from them. It is the second time I have issues with Online Shop, they really have to improve their service
