First National Bank
Seven weeks later still no delivery of phone

I ordered a Blackberry via FNB tele-sales on Thursday, 17 October 2013. The sale-person informed me that the phone will be delivered to me within the next 10 working days. I wanted to keep my cellphone number even though I was with Vodacom and the sales-person assured me that he would arrange the porting of my number to MTN.By Friday night, 18 October, I no longer had cell-phone connection, but no new phone had been delivered to me. I bought an MTN sim card, at my own expense, the next day from an MTN store so I could use my phone.
I called FNB again on 28 October to find out when my phone was going to be delivered. The FNB employee told me to call the courier company RTT. I called RTT on 4 November. The RTT employee told me the phone was sent back to MTN because they did not have my correct details. Strange considering my contact details hadn't changed. MTN employee said they had no idea what had happened but they would contact FNB sales-person to check what was happening. I called again on 14, 18 and 21 November and received promises to find out what was happening. Today, 6 December, no phone and no feedback. I have names of all people I contacted on request.
