It is now 1 month since I applied for a contract over the phone (via Romano at the call centre) and I still have not received my iPhone 5 or any feedback from Cell C. I have emailed, phoned, posted on Facebook (see [URL Removed] and still no response (despite many promises to "investigate" from your social media team or your call centre). I have repeatedly received "port failure" messages, which was a direct result of Romano's incompetence and inability to take down my details correctly (first he put me down as a prepaid customer, then he couldn't write down the account no. of my service provider correctly, and who knows what the latest issue is?). The service I have received from Cell C and Romano in particular has been disgusting, and I find it shocking that your sales people are incapable of porting a number correctly. Once they receive their commission they clearly do not care about whether the customer actually receives a phone or activates a contract. At this point I am completely in limbo as I do not have a phone or contract and no one from Cell C knows what's going on. Pathetic!
