I applied for a contract phone online, I notified the consultant that I wish to keep my prepaid number and it should be the number used for the contract, she agreed. I received the phone. I called the activations department to convert my prepaid sim to the contract sim. 48 hours after numerous calls to the call centre, they activate my sim, card to a contract sim.

I called the call centre to activate my BIS and then I find out that the details of my sim card are not mine but some other persons who I do not know. I'm furious at this point I call the call centre and I get transferred from one department to the next without getting any help.

For the past 2 days I have been trying to get through to the after sales department with no avail, I am put on hold for an hour and then the phone disconnects, in total I have spent more than three hours on hold, their service which enables a consultant to call you back does not work. I am disgusted with the kind of service and I simply would not recommend anyone to join this network, if this is the kind of service they pride themselves with.

I need my ID number to correspond to my phone number THATS ALL!!!
