Vodacom email not working

My vodacom email is a pay as you go it seems nobody can assist in fixing the problem states pass word problem Although i have many other cell phone contracts with vodacom. If they are not able to assist me with my pay as you go 0763567067@vodamail email.co.za. I have no choice to cancell my other vodacom contracts as it become time for up grade. VERY DISSIPOINTED IN VODACOM
