Two different stories

I dropped my phone a while back..and I am sure I changed the details (via a tickbox on the purchase order) at my local Greenstone Mall branch of the phone when I changed it, I can't find my contract to prove it. I however used this new Blackberry Bold for roughly six months and then the accident happened. I have been paying insurance for a phone to the value of R7500.00 since inception of my insurance more than a year on the renewed contract. So it is not like I wasn't paying my insurance or was cheating. I indicated to the lady that I needed it repaired and explained my situation... They did specify that all calls are recorded. She then said that I shouldn't be so alarmed and that they will honor the claim and repair the phone or replace if needed. They then issued me with a loan phone... which indicates their commitment and acceptance.

I then drove all the way to their repair contractor to hand in my phone and pick up a loan.

Now I get a letter from them saying they are not honoring the claim... after saying they will?

I want all my insurance money back if they are not replacing or repairing... this si disgusting service and a betrayal of their word!
