Vodacom Insurance, I had a phone on contract Blackberry Bold 9900 which i paid the insurance amount for every month. So i got an iPhone and needed a new sim card as normal sim cards do not fit in iPhone, and with that put my other number in the blackberry bold 9900. So to that number also insured, got in the blackberry bold 9900 and went to claim only to find out that because i put the other number sim card in the blackberry bold 9900 i can only claim up to R 2500 for a phone that is still in my position and a phone that is which i paid for R 5000 worth of cover and am unable to claim. As with normal Insurance Company's you insure your phone and not the number! And they refuse to rectify this.
