On the 06-01-2014 my phone was found to be BER by MTN repair centre. MTN Mimosa Mall submitted my claim for the phone telephonically and claim was rejected.. they advice me to write a letter to insurance by Adrian..after the letter he still rejected my claim.contacts of the letter was that the number was being used with the samsung s4. but from since September 2013 when i upgraded i made a sim swap and the old sim card still with the BB phone for my information. from since september till 07-01-2014 i was still paying insurance and when i submitted the claim Adrian told me that my sim is with other phone and cancelled my insurance. why? i was paying for insurance from september2013 till 07-01-2014. why i was not informed. i need my replacement phone as i was a loyal customer to MTN for a long time. every months i make a payment without any hassle. i need a phone as i am paying insurance every months, Why now. your assistant in these matter will help.
