Debiting me for their miscommunication

They are charging me for an amount they didn't communicate with me. I sent them all the proof of my past payments, and I spoke to the agents who advised that all payments are up to date. Now they come back sending me emails saying I need to pay; otherwise, it will be escalated.

I am not satisfied with the horrible service.
