Fastway delivery (CR0005202932) at 19:45 on 30/12/2025 called my phone. I missed the call and called back. The delivery person, who is paid to deliver to me at my address, said that since I did not answer his call (he did not ring the doorbell), he dropped off the delivery at the boom gate. When challenged, he said that other customers requested this. There was total arrogance, no apology, and he said that if I wanted, he would come back the next day, collect it from the boom gate, and deliver it to me as he was already on the way home. This type of service is not acceptable. I will ensure that this company is never utilized by anyone I know.
