I have a Blackberry Bold 9700. Even though the initial 2 year contract is over, I kept the phone on MTN insurance in case anything happened to it. The screen a went a few months ago. I dropped it off at a local branch. They sent it in and it has now been sent back saying "quote rejected".
They still continue to bill me for insurance on the phone, but won't replace or fix it. That sounds a lot like to me.
