Last week I wrote a report about a Samsung Tablet that is faulty, the battery does not work, it has never worked since I bought the Tablet. Now I am expected to pay R1 200.00 on top of the R400.00 that I am paying every month for my contract. Why is it my problem that they sold me a Tablet that is not in order.
Now Vodacom, does not care, they phoned me once and they just ignored it. I need to speak to someone who can help me with my complaint and to solve my problem. Honestly Vodacom, big an organisation as it is, cannot rip off a poor person like me.
