BRAND NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 NOT WORKING

I upgraded my contract on 24/5/2013 and got a Samsung galaxy S4. I have made 1 phone call and 1 sms with this phone. When I wanted to take a photo on Friday 7/6/2013, which is 14 days later, the camera did not work, it gives a message "camera operation failed". I went to Altech Autopage at Parkview, in Pretoria, where I got this phone 14 days earlier, expecting to get a exchange. David was the consultant on duty, firstly he was not friendly or helpfull at all, he took a quick look at the phone and said it had to be send in for repairs and it will take 4 - 6 weeks for this procedure to be completed. I asked him to phone his boss, which he refused to do. After I told him that I will not leave the premises unless he phones, he phoned someone called Jack, whom according to David said he could exchange the phone, but it will be for his personal account if this phone exchange is not approved by Head office. I then insisted that he phone the Franchise owner, whom he told me could not be contacted as he is in Monaco. After my insistence he eventually phoned and then told me that Rod (the Franchisee) says he is very sorry the phone has to be send to head office. I am not happy at all.
