Samsung sent a courier to pick up my tablet at my place of work after I had reported that the repair company that I sent the tablet too wanted to charge me the same as a new tablet, and I felt they had not found the problem or listened to my complaint.
After the tablet was assessed by technicians overseen by a manager in Johannesburg, the tablet was repaired under warranty, even though the warranty had expired, and couriered back to me.
Thank you Samsung, I am glad to have the tablet back that you designed and can enjoy all it's functionalities now. I appreciate you keeping your promise.
