I purchased a samsung tablet on contract and the same day the tablet kept saying it has no signal (about 2 hours after getting it). I had it returned within 24hours and they replaced the sim card as they thought that was the problem. The tablet again showed no signal and i returned it and now they say they first have to send it in. This is absolute bad service and I am almost sure it is in violation of the consumer protection act, I hardly even touched the tablet, it gives problems now I must pay for something I don't even have. I bought it brand new and now it first has to be sent in. I am disgusted and on the verge of cancelling everything. The sales consultant was very helpful and understanding which was appreciated as he was only following the rules of that branch.
