I took samsung s3 and tab 2 on a contract in the month of april... i have seens been not happy with the tablet as it went faulty b4 and i took it back in 2 months and only after i complained was exchanged... i got a new 1 but it is also giving me problem as when i charge it takes ling and the battery get finished without me using it and it sometimes doesnt want to charge. i feel that it is useless and i dont want it anymore cos when i go to mtn branch in kempton they keep on telling me might be a software or i should not use until fully charged..ive done so but stil i am experiencing the same problem... my boyfriend use a tablet note and he bought later after i did buy mine and his its working normal and doesnt give him problems... i pay mtn monthly with no delay but i get no joy with the fone i bought from them.i am not even using the tablet anymore cos its useless but mtn is eating my money.

either you change it or find a way to solve this but i dont want this tablet anymore... its useless
