FAULTY SAMSUNG TABLET

Last week I wrote a report about my Samsung Tablet that has a faulty Battery, now they want me to pay R1 200.00 to replace the faulty battery. Somebody phoned me last week, I do not have their name or contact details, the number they phoned me from does not go through even if you try to phone. Can some one please come back to me, I need to be reimbursed the installments that I have paid so far so that I can buy another Tablet that is working. Now its a week later, nothing has been done to resolve this, the Vodashop where I booked it for repairs they are phoning me everyday demanding me to pay R1 200.00 for repairs which I do not have and I believe I cannot pay it because it is not my fault that the battery is not working, It has been in for repairs for the same problem twice now. Why? It means the gadget has been faulty from the begging. Can someone from vodacom please get in touch with me I need a refund.
