Faulty samsung galaxy tablet 10.1

I purchased a samsung galaxy tablet in Singapore, it is an original Samsung device, i was extremely happy with it until a few weeks ago, my tablet does not function properly anymore.. I am very disappointed as i love samsung technology. I've sent it to samsung South Africa, firstly to replace the battery which just stop working and thereafter for software issues. This is now unacceptable as my tablet is giving me alot of problems. So upset with samsungs performance in this instance.
