Brand new tablet not working

I bought a brand new Samsung tablet through a vodacom contract and from the start in was giving issues. I took it to the vodacom repair centre for repairs and was told a day later it was fixed just to find out it isnt when I checked it in-store. It was booked in again and I have not heard from vodacom ever since. It was a present for my wife but she could not enjoy it not once and we are losing data because we do not have it. I want a new tablet because of this as I only had it for 2 weeks.
