MTN Unethical Claims of damage

So the wife dropped her Lumia 920 and the screen cracked. So on Saturday morning I get up early and walk into the MTN Repair centre in Midrand at just before 9am. After the phone is booked in for assessment the Angela tells me "I will phone you within 2 hours to give you the quote". She tells that to me 5 times.

So I wait until this morning to give them a call. So I call them and give them the reference number. Quote was completed on Saturday at 10 already... No one just bothered phoning me. So she quote came back and BAM R5328.00 to fix the LCD... I nearly rolled my car.
You have to remember now that the phone was used for the whole week without any problems except for the screen that was cracked. She did everything with the phone including sending some NFC pictures of the kids to me and the wireless charging works. Literally everything works.

Quote claim "Extensive Main board damage" Now I'm am no Electrical Engineer but then the phone wont work and it works perfectly except for the cracked screen.

MTN has officially no ethics as regardless of how many times i told them "JUST FIX THE LCD" they clearly quote me to replace things that are not even damaged and think i am stupid
