A Mr. Delivery motorcycle ran a red light and crashed into the side of our car. The damages are estimated at R20,000. I have pictures of the damages, the driver's ID, and the motorcycle registration, but not his contact number. I opened a case at the police station and need to know if I can claim from Mr. Delivery or the driver for the damages.
