Lack of maintenance caused injury and Planet Fitness refused to cancel contract

I have logged numerous complaints over the last few months about their machines. About three months ago, I injured my ankle on one of the static bikes. Since then, we had a meeting, but nothing has happened. Every time I am promised feedback, but nothing.
