Withing two weeks after receiving a brand new contract phone, my Sony Xperia got a cracked screen. No I did not drop it, but obviously MTN won't believe me. I went to the MTN shop in Fourways mall, where they told me that the repair centre will investigate the phone and tell me why the screen broke, which is a lie. I took the phone to the repair centre where they first told me there is nothing they can do except quote me on a new screen, then after speaking to a manager I was advised that investigation will take place to look for any manufacturer faults. Now I have a phone with a cracked screen, which was not my fault, but I have to pay for. Unfair and unbelievable.
