Booked S3 for wireless, Now screen is cracked

Booked my Samsung S3 in for the wireless that keeps disconnecting and keeps getting authentication error. Now I've received a quote for a cracked screen. According to Cinthia they took it out of warranty because the phone was damaged.
So anyone booking in the phone for any issues not related to physical damage, will be quoted for some damage they can think of or done by them in transit. So they damage your device you'll loose your warranty and have to pay for the repairs.

Great Service Vodacom for 7 year loyal customer with 3 contract that will be moved to another ISP very soon.
