Called in to do upgrade, incompetency on Vodacom's part, they forgot to give RAM couriers my full work address, so RAM returned my phone, I have spoken to 3 managers since, and they all have promised delivery within the next 2 days, this happened the whole of last week, I called in today and guess what? The call centre guy advised that no phone had been ordered after the initial return, how can 3 managers/team leaders to me???
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE PATHETIC SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF/MANAGERS/TEAM LEADERS, WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH VODACOM!!!
Called RAM now, and they told me to tell Vodacom to make it a same day delivery, why the didnt Vodacm advise me of this due to their incompetency this problem has arise in the 1st place!!!
Where I am now, I feel like cancelling every contract I have with them!!!
Lets see how long these incompetent people/company will take to deliver my upgrade
