After 2 weeks of almost daily calls to 1555 and speaking to senior technicians, I still can't download. I know the problem is not with my phone as I've had other cards in it and I can then download. I know its not my sim cause if I put my sim in any other make of phone I can download, but if I put it in a blackberry then I can't download. So I'm paying over R400 for a smartphone that's not very smart and all I get from Mtn is lipservice. This is my second complaint on hellopeter cause they haven't logged my problem or called me with a update or solutions. Tired of lipservice I want the problem solved!!!
