Does Blackberry App just take your money 4fun?

On 2 occasions I have purchased from Blackberry App World and BOTH occasions during the download it said something about a problem occurred during download and it DID NOT DOWNLOAD... both times they took my money and left me WITHOUT the application I paid for!!! The first application was Photo Studio PRO which cost me R32.99 and the second was Plants vs Zombies which cost me R25.99. Wow!!! And that is that... they take my money... imagine how many others this has happened to...
