On Monday morning my phone got. I immediately reported this at the MTN Tokai (Blue Route Mall) branch.
My claim was finalized on Wednesday by Ashley within a few minutes by doing the claim telephonically from the branch, he also assisted me with the replacement phone.
On Thursday (today) I had to visit the branch again as the replacement phone was not going on after the initial charge. Ashley again and Iqram then assisted me. Great service, thanks guys.
You should teach the ladies to get a sense of humour and that friendliness doesn't hurt.
