NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

19 April 2013. George called me to upgrade although current contract expires in Aug 2013. He told me R95 "admin fee" due only in Aug. 21 May 2013 I receive sms to pay R59.97 immediately to avoid service to be suspended. I called 0861 23 24 24 and after about 20 min spoke to George who advised me that it is his mistake and he will fix it. 23 May, Gail calls me to pay R60 - she told me that "admin fee" is actually "postage charges". I told her that my acc is emailed not posted she wanted to know who emails my acc. Then she changed her "fee" story - ANY INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IN THIS COMPANY? I went to Centurion Autopage yesterday, Nesta spoke to H/O and told me all is ok now. Yesterday afternoon my service is suspended. Who takes responsibility in this company to actually sort out my problem which was caused by Autopage staff themselves??? Is there a way that I can cancel this upgrade?
