Cell C
Cannot download 60MB episodes

I recently started using my Cell C sim card in my Blackberry. Previously I used a MTN sim card. My problem is that now I cannot download episodes off fztvseries that are 45 minutes long (approximately 60MB) but I can download 20 minute episodes. Does Cell C cap the download size? I am getting a HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
