I want to warn everyone not to download e-E-Books from [URL Removed] I have downloaded an EBook that now I cannot read. They only allow you three downloads on each book, and that includes if you try to download and it doesn't complete the download.
I bought a book on Kalahari and then when I tried to download it to my Tablet my internet connection bombed out, when I eventually managed to get back on the internet and download the e-book, the app tells me there is no more tokens left. I then phoned [URL Removed] only to be told that I have now exceeded the three chances I had to download the book even though nothing downloaded at all. I was also told that you cannot even copy it to a memory stick and copy it to your device.
When I use Kobo, I can download as many times as I want and as often as I want on any device, the books I pruchased are ALWAYS available on the website for download as and when I feel like downloading.
I will never shop on Kalahari again, this is disgusting customer service and I am not impressed at all. I demand a refund from Kalahari, they are a rip off.
