I year ago I upgraded to and Blackberry. Currently all users a MTN using a blackberry can no longer download files. I only find out today when I phoned the customer care line 1555. If I knew that they going to block a service I would not have chosen to upgrade to a blackberry so I can still be able to download from a different handset. We upgraded Saturday my sons cellphone also to a blackberry, they also did not communicate to us that you no longer can download. If I did not spend a large amount on my cellphone I would not have mind taking the service away, but I spend a fortune at MTN. We are a family of 4 and none of us can download anything now because of the Blackberry's
I feel this is unfair to take a service away. Other services providers at least provide you with options. When I took out my contract it included all services and downloads.
At this stage I would rather make use of other services providers.
