After 6 weeks I am still unable to fully download a file from the internet despite almost daily calls to Telkom. I paid my account one day late and was charged R11.04 interest despite not being able to fully utilise the service for which I am paying. If anyone has any ideas as to why I cannot fully download a file of eg: 450MB please let me know. The download cuts at anything between 9MB and 200MB. Telkom are unable to assist. If Telkom chooses to throttle the line, then decrease the speed, but don't cut a download as it's a total waste of data as all files are incomplete. Would it maybe help to change ISP?
