Canceling 50 Contracts because of bad service

My iPhone has been with Vodacom Repairs for 4 weeks now. In short my phone stopped charging in the middle of the night, next morning cleaned it and took some photos to have a better view of the charging port. Anyway took it to Vodacom Repairs Midrand. After a few days got a call no the phone that is 6 months old can't be replaced because there are physical damage on the phone. Got a photo from repairs showing clearly the pin has been bent. The problem is on my photo the pin is intact. After a lot of talk images etc Vodacom did nothing to accommodate me except giving me the option to get a new phone for R 2900. I had a talk to our CEO and he is so mad about this that he said he had enough of Vodacom and will move 50 contracts when the time is over of each contract.

If this is how Vodacom treat their business clients, then it is no surprise that one contract also means nothing to them.

Losing 50 contracts for a small once off R 2900 fee. Nice, well done Vodacom.
